All sessions are meant to be productive. For some, this means going hands-on with your website. For others it’s time where we can talk tech ideas, unpack solutions, come up with workarounds, troubleshoot different tools and integrations, or whatever you need to get unstuck or moving forward with your website/business.
If you need hands-on help with your website, then that’s where we will spend our time.
Yes, we will use Zoom to facilitate the call. Please be at a computer if you’d like to do more than talk.
Yes, everything we do will be specific to your business/website and all coaching will be catered specifically toward helping you overcome any obstacles or challenges you’re facing. The coaching you receive is 100% tailored to your personal needs.
It’s always nice to meet the people I’m working with face to face, but a camera is not required. If you don’t have one, I’ll turn mine off too! Whatever helps you feel relaxed
If you’re booking a single session, you’re booking the hour with me and I’m going to show up expecting to spend that entire hour with you. If we get you unstuck and moving forward in less time, and you do not wish to use the remaining time, that’s your choice. Any unused time you choose to give up is forfeit and can not be reserved for future calls.
For multiple sessions, they are scheduled in hour-long blocks. I will show up expecting an hour of time with you, but you’re free to use that time or not. However, any unused time does not accrue.
